Terms of Service

Strategy Partner Pro
Back to Strategy Partner Pro
Strategy Partner Pro is owned and operated by Strategic Intelligence Ltd. By registering for an account, or by using the platform under an organisation that already has one, you agree to these terms. If you're registering on behalf of an organisation, you're confirming you have the authority to accept these terms for that organisation.

1. The service

Strategy Partner Pro is a strategic planning and performance-tracking platform. It helps your organisation define its Strategic Pillars, Goals, Objectives, and KPIs, track Initiatives and Risks against them, and see progress on a live dashboard.

It is a tool for organising and tracking the strategy your team defines, not a source of strategic, financial, investment, or legal advice. Any AI-generated content on the platform, including PESTLE and SWOT analysis, is a starting point for your own team's thinking, drawn from general industry and news context, not a professional recommendation specific to your organisation. Decisions made using the platform remain your organisation's own responsibility.

2. Accounts and registration

An account can be created by registering a new organisation, in which case that account is approved immediately and becomes the organisation's founding Exec Sponsor, or by joining an organisation that's already registered, in which case an existing Exec Sponsor or Strategy Owner at that organisation must approve the request before access is granted. Signing in with a password or with a Google account are both accepted; either way, an account is matched by email address, not created twice.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, and for any activity that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Within an organisation, an Exec Sponsor or Strategy Owner controls who else has access and at what level. We rely on your organisation to manage this correctly; we don't independently verify that every person your organisation approves is who they claim to be.

3. Free trial

New organisations get a 21-day free trial with no payment required to start. During the trial you have full access to the platform. If your organisation doesn't set up payment before the trial ends, access is paused until it does, exactly as described in Section 5, but nothing about your organisation's data is affected by the trial ending on its own.

4. Fees and payment

Access to Strategy Partner Pro beyond the free trial requires a paid annual licence, covering your entire organisation rather than being charged per user. Current pricing is shown on our website and in your Account Settings; we'll give reasonable notice before any price change takes effect for your organisation's next renewal.

We currently accept payment by cheque, and are in the process of adding online payment through a licensed payment gateway partner. Where online payment is available, card and payment details are collected and processed directly by that payment processor; we do not receive or store your full card number.

If payment isn't received by your organisation's renewal date, access is paused, not your data deleted. Here's exactly what happens on the timeline that follows:

WhenWhat happens
Renewal dateAccess is paused. Your organisation's data is untouched and fully intact.
Days 7, 30, 60 afterRenewal reminder emails are sent to your organisation.
Day 90 afterYour organisation is marked dormant and excluded from active platform reporting. Data remains fully intact.
Day 335 afterA final warning is sent: strategy data will be deleted in 30 days.
Day 395 afterYour organisation's strategy data (KPIs, Goals, Initiatives, Risks, settings, PESTLE/SWOT) is deleted.

Payment and licence records themselves are kept on their own, longer schedule for accounting purposes, regardless of whether your organisation renews, separately from the strategy data described above.

5. Your data

The strategic content your organisation enters, Pillars, Goals, Objectives, KPIs, Initiatives, and Risk Register entries, belongs to your organisation, not to us. You can export or delete it, or ask us to, as described in our Privacy Policy, which covers what we collect, why, and how it's protected in more detail than these terms do.

The platform itself, its software, design, and underlying technology, is owned by Strategic Intelligence Ltd. Using Strategy Partner Pro gives your organisation a right to use it under these terms; it doesn't transfer any ownership of the platform itself.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We can suspend or terminate access for an organisation that seriously or repeatedly breaches this section, generally after trying to reach the organisation about it first, except where the circumstances mean that isn't reasonably possible.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep Strategy Partner Pro available and reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may need to pause access temporarily for maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, and we'll try to keep any planned downtime brief and, where practical, outside normal business hours.

8. Limitation of liability

Strategy Partner Pro is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Strategic Intelligence Ltd isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits or lost data, beyond restoring data from our own backups where reasonably possible. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

9. Termination

Your organisation can stop using the platform at any time; simply let payment lapse, or contact us to close the account directly, and the data timeline in Section 4 applies either way. We can suspend or terminate an account for breach of Section 6, for non-payment as described in Section 4, or where we're required to by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. The date below reflects the last update. For significant changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify active organisations before the change takes effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
